Everything was quickly and professionally done in a low stress environment, in terms of paper work, trade in offer and finance. It was the quickest car buying experience I have had to date. If you stop by David Scott Lee GMC, just ask for Cole and he will take care of you in the way it should be done. Jose from finance also explained in detail the options you could select during the wrap up to help us choose which would be best for us and was easy to work with. I called Saturday morning around 10am to ask about inventory on a Sierra 2500HD. I spoke with Maria and she informed me of the options fitting my criteria and we chose a truck to look at. She informed me that Cole Stoner would be helping me when I arrived with my trade-in. Cole saw me come in the lot and assisted me immediately. They had my new truck pulled up and ready for a test drive. Once I got back, it was straight forward and easy throughout the entire process. Jen in finance was great and direct as well. I was never pushed for any reason and made to feel very welcomed and comfortable. More
