We drove 2 hrs to Sacramento specifically because they had the best deal on Rav4 Prime. The physical location is great - they have nice amenities while you wait for financing/paperwork. Our salesperson, Colette, went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful for her help. On top of a great deal, she agreed to take our 1995 Corolla for a small trade in even though the appraiser/auction guy didn't want to deal with it. Only issue is the dealership did not give us our charging cord that comes with the vehicle and now we have to wait for it to be mailed. If I could go 4.5 stars, I would, not sure that deserves a full star deduction. Thanks for the help Maita and a special thank you to Colette. More

A simple "complimentary" 1st time oil change took 90 minutes, with an appointment! They didn't even wash my car or offer to wash my car. My husband had similar negative experiences with the Subaru he bought at Maita, 2-3 hours for services that should have taken half that time. Neither of us will ever return to a Maita dealership. When I bought my used Prius there last year, they lied to me, did not give me the trade-in amount they had promised. They sold me a car with no spare tire, even though on the inspection checklist they checked off that it was included, and never answered my email or voicemail inquiries about it! Also, there was no cargo cover, even though the online description said "covered cargo area". How do you sell a Prius without a cargo cover?! It's like driving with the trunk wide open. They said it was an extra $600+! I found one on Amazon for $90, including shipping and tax. Don't go to Maita! Go to Elk Grove Toyota or Folsom Lake Toyota or ANYWHERE else. More
