I would actually advise calling to make an appointment rather than using the dealership's "chat" feature, as they were not expecting me when we arrived, and I was told to ask for someone who was not there rather than using the dealership's "chat" feature, as they were not expecting me when we arrived, and I was told to ask for someone who was not there.
