Don’t trust the service department. They put one lock nut per wheel on my van several months ago. I brought the van in now to have the tires rotated and was told NOPE, they can’t do it They put one lock nut per wheel on my van several months ago. I brought the van in now to have the tires rotated and was told NOPE, they can’t do it. They don’t have the key to unlock the nut. The person who had the key left the company and took the key with him. They refused to try to get another key. They told me they could drill it out but might damage the wheels. I took it to a different Chrysler dealer who got the lock nut off and rotated the tires. Now I don’t trust Key Chrysler to touch my van for anything. More

Everyone was so friendly are courteous throughout the whole process. They listened to what I was looking for in a truck and made sure not to push me into a buying something I didn't need or want.
