George "Skip" keeps us coming back George "Skip" is why we keep coming back to Family Hyundai- Tinley Park. This is our 3rd purchase with Skip. He is always so pleasant and makes us feel at home and part of the Family Hyundai family. We had purchased Fords or Chevy in the past until we decided a few years ago to stop at Family Hyundai and check it out. That was the best thing we ever did. Skip greeted us and was patient with us and didn't give us the normal run around and sales pitch that we were expecting and use to from other dealerships. He kept it real and worked with us. Our first Hyundai was a Sonata and we fell in love with it so much that we went back shortly after and purchased a 2nd one with Skip. We will only see Skip when we go. He keeps us coming back and we recommend our friends and family to go see him. He always greets us when we go in for maintenance and even calls on birthdays and holidays. He is valuable to this place and its a great pleasure to do business with him these past 5 years. AL is also great and keeps our cars to perfection with seal coats and protection and looks out for you . He also greets us every time we see him and lets not leave Collin out from the service dept. He needs to be promoted. Excellent customer service. Joe in finance is a breath of fresh air, so glad to see him there he also was a pleasure to work with. We plan on coming back soon to see Skip to purchase our 4th Hyundai. Thanks guys. I love my new upgrade :) More

Great service leads to a new car purchase. I have been enjoying having service performed at Family Hyundai since 2010. My wife and I brought our two cars in for service and left with a new car. I have been enjoying having service performed at Family Hyundai since 2010. My wife and I brought our two cars in for service and left with a new car. The sales experience was excellent. Kevin McGrail took time with us to explain the various features available on the Hyundai vehicles. We were not in any rush to by a new car, but between the price and finance terms it made sense. My wife was very impressed with the experience, particularly the care we received from the service manager a few days earlier when we stopped in to make the service appointment. More

Won my business back I bought a 2006,2008, and 2010 Santa Fe at Family Hyundai. I bought a 2012 Sonata Limited, 2013 & 2014 Sante Sport from Happy Hundai due to receiving I bought a 2006,2008, and 2010 Santa Fe at Family Hyundai. I bought a 2012 Sonata Limited, 2013 & 2014 Sante Sport from Happy Hundai due to receiving better a fairer deal on price and trade. They really won back our business this time making me a really great deal on both ends. So glad to have brought my business back there as their service department is awesome! Tom Salin and Colin are great in that department. I applaude Graham Watson for vowing to bring be back to Family, he did just that and Kristi Feinberg was great as she always is! I'm one satisfied customer on the sale, the trade, and the financing! More
