Disappointed in the dealership and BMW - Stay Away We have been a longtime client of this dealership and have purchased several cars from the dealership over the years. I also gave them a great review and rating on this site. Back in January it was time to get a new X3 to replace our current X3. After several conversations as to what we were looking with our salesperson, we discovered this particular vehicle was not in their inventory, but they could locate one for us. On Saturday, we decided to move forward and went to the dealership to purchase the car. When we arrived we were met by Darrell Horwitz who informed us that Coleen, our regular salesperson, was not in today, but he could help us. We told him what we had discussed with Colleen, he found the vehicle, worked up the numbers with the manager (Pete) which we agreed to and gave him a deposit. On Monday Colleen called to thank us for the purchase and let us know they were going to pick up the vehicle. She called us back a little while later to review the numbers and confirm our desire to lease versus finance. This is when it goes bad. When we recapped what we had agreed to with Darrel Coleen said, “The numbers don’t make sense, and that Darrell was out today but she would speak with Pete since he was involved”. Well as you can probably guess the numbers changed, and Pete stated he did not give those figures. Colleen asked that I give them an opportunity to speak with Darrell would be back the next day. Several days passed with no change. I called the dealership looking to speak with the General Manager and General Sales Manager, when I told them who I was I was told everyone was in a meeting, that I needed to leave a message. The return call came just before the dealership closed and I missed the call, the voice mail was that someone would call me back. When I did finally connect with Pete, I was told despite the fact they confirmed the numbers given and agreed to with Darrell, they would not honor that. If I wanted the car here were the new numbers. Since these new numbers were nearly 30% more than what we agreed to we said “no thanks, and asked for our deposit back”. Then I called BMW to inform them of my experience. I was told they would investigate and someone would get back to me. I also sent Mr. Aaron Zigler the owner, in Kalamazoo, MI a letter letting him know of my experience at his dealership. It’s now nearly 4 months later. No call from BMW, no call from Zeigler, no call from anyone. My advice is to stay away from BMW. This was the second BAD experience with a BMW dealership and in both cases BMW did nothing more than say each dealer is independent and BMW has no authority over them. What I would suggest to save yourself the time and aggravation we experienced is to make your way to Audi of Orland Park. We did and purchased a Q5 from them. It was no hassle, the car was in stock and the people were great. The People were so great that I am going to purchase another vehicle from them in the next few days, and have referred several people to that same Audi dealer. More

I just purchased my 2013 BMW 535XI M Sport! It was a special order, and let me just say that it truly was special!! Luis was my sales person, and he was the best!! I am quite the picky individual--hence special order, and let me just say that it truly was special!! Luis was my sales person, and he was the best!! I am quite the picky individual--hence the special order, but I wanted to take the time and tell my story. Luis was quite helpful in the entire process, he carefully explained everything about the car, gave a very thorough explanation about the options, drivetrain, etc...He really made me feel comfortable during my purchase. No pressure, EVER!! This is my first BMW, and it won't be my last. This is greatly in part to the rest of the folks that I had dealt with during my experience at BMW of Orland Park. Every time I came into the dealership I was always greeted with warm and genuine smiles. Theresa is always smiling and always a pleasure to speak to, great customer service!! James, the General Manager was very helpful in my experience and was always on top of my special build questions and progress. Colleen, who was not my sales person, always greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Pete took care of the financing and oversaw my purchase from the start, I've never meet someone who took the time to ensure I was satisfied in every way possible!! Dan in the Parts department was very helpful in explaining the accessories for my vehicle and even took the time to help install them! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at BMW of Orland Park, A+++++!!! Thank you all for your service! More

I love this dealership, and our saleslady, Colleen Wright. My family of three has purchased at least 9 BMW'S in the last 12 years, all from Colleen. Service is fabulous and the service personnel do Wright. My family of three has purchased at least 9 BMW'S in the last 12 years, all from Colleen. Service is fabulous and the service personnel do not speak to a woman differently than they do a gentleman. I highly recommend dealing with Colleen at this Orland Park BMW dealership. More

Colleen was very attentive to my needs. They had the perfect car in stock at a good value. Process took only four days. That was important to me as I like to get things done and move on. I drove in from Michigan based on a great advertised price of a 535xi demo. What I did not expect was the level of service and attention to detail provided by BMW of Orland Park. Colleen Wright was fantastic to work with in terms of follow up,and attention to detail. This is the third BMW I have purchased and would absolutely drive again from Michigan to work with Colleen and the Orland Park team on my next purchase. I'm sold....great job! More

We came to BMW after disappointing visits at Audi, Infinity and Volkswagen. I have to tell you we walked in the door at Orland Park BMW and there was Colleen. She greeted us with a big smile and ask Infinity and Volkswagen. I have to tell you we walked in the door at Orland Park BMW and there was Colleen. She greeted us with a big smile and asked how she could help us. After hearing what we were looking for she offered some suggestions, from ordering, to a locate. From Colleen's suggestions, we found the vehicle we wanted in their inventory. With a little help from Jim Subka, the general manger, we agreed on a fair price for the new BMW and our trade. Everyone we encountered here was great, from Colleen, to Jim Subka and the sales manager Dave Bosco. If you are looking for a salesperson that helps you and a dealership that trys, I would give these folks an opportunity. Also, Coleen has already called both my wife and myself wanting to make sure everything is ok and to see if we have any questions now that we have had the car for a few days. More

This dealer wanted my business and sold me the vehicle. My client advisor was the best, the sales manager accommodating and the finance guy made it painless. I value a dealer that has the same sales people for a long time and it appears this dealer is like that. More
