Went there to have a sync update done and they also found a recall and they took care of that also. The service manager was outstanding and I may start going there for all my service work because of the exce a recall and they took care of that also. Our car cut out several times on the way home from Ohio. We pulled into the service area of Bob Fernando’s Girard dealership, and were treated with courtesy. The service department is top-notch and really seems to know what they’re talking about. We haven’t had any bad luck with them so far. The only thing that we were concerned about is that the new tires wer know what they’re talking about. We haven’t had any bad luck with them so far. The only thing that we were concerned about is that the new tires weren’t dressed when we picked up the vehicle. Maybe they just don’t do that anymore? Oh well, it has to go back for a recall when the parts are available in a month or so I will ask then. We appreciate everyone so that we can be reassured that we have a safe and reliable vehicle to drive. More
