Got car back w/Antenna missing, back light dangling from hatch and I didn't notice the hood was open until I got on the highway. Service not evening completed and a week later still awaiting a callback to hatch and I didn't notice the hood was open until I got on the highway. Service not evening completed and a week later still awaiting a callback to reschedule. Dana service = quantity, not quality :/ More

My work van was towed in on a Tuesday. For 6 consecutive days, I was told my van was being diagnosed that day. Finally on day 10, I was called and informed Dana could find no issues with vehicle.
