My Jeep entire purchase experience exceeded my expectations! Everyone I came in contact with from Kyler sales associate, to Jacob finance manager to Brandon, sales manager we’re professional, cou expectations! Everyone I came in contact with from Kyler sales associate, to Jacob finance manager to Brandon, sales manager we’re professional, courteous, engaging, and pleasant to work with. Everyone exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Brandon was able to find the exact model , color and trim Jeep. I was looking for. When no other dealer I worked with was able to do that because the Jeep I wanted, is a rare color.(Goldilocks.) A special thanks also to the service department who were very gracious to answer all my questions and demonstrate some of the features of the jeep I wasn’t familiar with. So I’m very pleased with the whole purchase experience and would recommend highly anyone to take their business to your dealership. More

The process was easy. We already knew what we wanted and they had it. The car battery was dead so it postponed us getting our vehicle, but we got the vehicle on Monday. Fi We already knew what we wanted and they had it. The car battery was dead so it postponed us getting our vehicle, but we got the vehicle on Monday. Finance was smooth and easy. Our sales person was good, but the follow up and keeping us updated on when vehicle would be ready was not there. I know we weren't the only customers he had, but I had to contact him at lunch to even know if the vehicle would be ready. A simple call to say they were running behind or it will not be ready until this time was all that was needed. I still haven't gotten the correct number to call to get the app set up because there were issues with that. That has not been a smooth thing. I am disappointed that there was not more help and again I had to follow up with him to determine what we needed to do. I received a link with the number to call and it was for a management company. I asked for him to verify the number and still haven't gotten that number. I expected the issues with that handled by him like it has always been handled by other dealerships in the past. Overall, it was an easy experience and staff was nice. More
