Massive inconvenience, misleading about monthly price, as what I signed for was increased by 100$ the day after I left. I was asked to come back 3 days in a row to resign docs, and the finance loan was hard checked 7 times, when I have not bad credit and a cosigner, affecting my score. Hugely inconvenient. The dealership would not entertain compensating measures, such as included oil changes, etc. It was a pressure campaign situation of now or never, and in my opinion individuals doing that job for long enough. Should at least have a guess of likely outcomes or at least tell you that when you leave one day, your price could change later on or that you'll have to come back.... I understand that they're trying to make money both the business and the employees themselves. However, I felt like after my money was taken nobody cared and it felt like rather than trying to make a deal where they make some money and still don't rob me for all mine they just decided to take all mine.... When I do buy a car again it's not going to be at that location or probably with that same company at all.... And I would advise somebody to thoroughly check every single place they possibly can before going to that location because the most likely will get a better price or spend less time buying the car or at least not be misled... And the tire pressure light was on when I first left the dealership... More

Went in for an oil change on my 2010 Honda Civic. During service they saw my front bakes were at 15%. Being that my car was only 2 years old they replaced them free of charge. I have a 2010 Accord v6. My first couple of service experiences were with Express Service for oil changes. My AC was not cooling very well so I asked Colton if there was a Service Advisor with the same excellent customer service skills as he exhibited and he recommended Nancy. Nancy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and greeted me when I pulled into the service driveway. Nancy answered all my questions and took great care of me and my car. She explained all the work that was done and got me out in the 2 hours she had estimated to check the AC. I take excellent care of my vehilce and Nancy made sure the tech covered the vehicle and treated it with care. I live on the west side of town, but am willing to travel 30 minutes and trust Nancy and Colton with my Honda; enough said. More
