This was my first service visit to Findlay after purchasing my vehicle in March. I was very impressed with Colton's friendliness and professionalism throughout my visit. It was a busy Saturday, and normally I would not like waiting, but Colton's great attitude and seeing his attentiveness to every customer, I didn't mind waiting because I knew I would receive the same great service. Colton was friendly, upfront on his assessment of my problem. Most of all he was honest and did not take advantage of my bad situation.
