My husband and I hadn’t bought a new car in over 16 years. I was nervous about the whole process. West, our salesman, made the whole process simple and comfortable. There was no pressure at all. I would highly recommend this dealership and West. When we picked the car up they had it sitting in the middle of the showroom with a giant bow on it. They made the whole experience so special. Wes gave me lessons on how to work everything in the car. He went the extra mile to always make us feel special. I would highly recommend asking for West when you visit this dealership. My sales person West did a fantastic job helping me find the luxury vehicle that meet my needs. We looks at several of the pre-owned inventory vehicles and I drove a few before falling in love with my Maser the luxury vehicle that meet my needs. Shortly after driving off the lot in my new car, I noticed an issue with one of the tires. I called the dealership and was able to come back into the service department and Danny took great care of everything. I highly recommend West, Danny and everyone at Foregin Cars Charlotte when you're in the market for a luxury car, or need to service your Italian, German or other favorite car. More
