From the minute I met Tony Alfano, I knew the experience was going to be different. Tony is a car guy, not just a salesman and not just a car guy but a racer. The car I bought is for the track and it was important to have someone that could talk that language. His honest opinions and advice were appreciated. The dealership and Tony did everything they said they were going to do and the paperwork was sent online ahead of me picking the car up. It took 10 min to sign the paperwork and I was in and out of the dealership to pick up the car in less than 30 minutes. It doesn't get any easier. After a couple of questions and some urgency, I was promptly forwarded to Colton Tannenbaum. He took my needs and said he get with me first thing in the morning, which he did. We completed the entire process in 24 hours via text and e-signatures. Their internet-advertised price was so good that I didn't negotiate the price! I did go back and forth on my trade-in and excellent communication throughout. So in the end, buying a car all digital, sight unseen, and doing a lease and trade-in was great. Loved it and gave Colton crap the whole way through cause we made it fun. Highly recommend working with Colton! Oh, and to top it off - he delivered the xxxx car to Raleigh for me. More

I had an appointment for a test drive of a Mercedes Benz SLK 350 and when I showed up, salesman was no where to be found. They blew me off and I waited for someone else. I instead went out to look at the SLK 350 and it was filthy. Such a huge disappointed with an expensive looking Dealership. They wasted my time and gas. They did text back on why I left and no apologies was given to me. I went to other dealers and purchased a BMW with so much better class and respect to their customer. Avoid this dealership just based on my experience. More
