Purchased on 12/19/22, today is 1/7/23 and I was charged a $25 late fee on my trade-in vehicle which they were to pay off. Still, no check for TTL to register in Texas. Paper tags are only good in Texas for a $25 late fee on my trade-in vehicle which they were to pay off. Still, no check for TTL to register in Texas. Paper tags are only good in Texas for 10 days, which we are well past. My payment is due on February 2nd, yet I have received nothing from KIA finance. I was told yesterday to check back in a week to see if the paperwork has been released. This is my wife's third Sorento, we never had an issue with KIA America's finance before, so I am unsure why this delay. Will attempt to call KIA corporate Monday and find out why such a delay. Not sure about the dealership rating until all is resolved. Colton was great, not sure about the finance department yet. More

Arion and Daniel were very helpful with finding us a car we liked within our price range. The 1 star review is simply due to the fact that less than 4 days after leaving the lot, my car died in my work park we liked within our price range. The 1 star review is simply due to the fact that less than 4 days after leaving the lot, my car died in my work parking lot. I had a friend jump it, while on the phone with the dealership who told me it was a maintenance issue which isn’t covered by our warranty. After getting jumped I barely made it to the autozone house the street where without even opening the hood the man told me my battery was old. He could tell that by the smell alone. I hadn’t even driven the car 30 miles yet, and the battery went out. After further analysis the man told me not only was it an old battery, but it wasn’t even the right one for the car. I called the service department and told them they gave us the wrong battery and they told us that yet again it was a maintenance issue. It was negligent of Kia of Lawton to sell us a car that had the wrong battery in it. I asked if we would be reimbursed for having to spend almost 300$ on the right battery and they said we can drop it off and have them look at it but it will cost around the same. I spent a week shopping around and when I finally landed on a car, it breaks down in less than that time. More
