The Service Dept did not solve my issue. The Driver Mode was recalibrated but it did not solve the problem. Did they test drive the car after the fix??? Not a very good experience like my previous service on my vehicles. My truck was scheduled for new tires, wheel alignment and full detail. The work was delayed the first day which was communicated to me and vehicles. My truck was scheduled for new tires, wheel alignment and full detail. The work was delayed the first day which was communicated to me and not an issue especially since I had a loaner vehicle. I waited the next day and did not hear anything so I called in to check. When I called in and asked for Katie I was told she was with a customer so I called back an hour later. At that point I asked for Katie and was told she is not working today although I was told earlier that she was with a customer?? So I ask to speak to somone in service and I was giving Connie. I explain to Connie the situation and since it was later in the day even if it was done and I would not be able to pick up the truck today because we had other commitments. She went back and checked and said the detail was completed but they only did the interior. I explained that I scheduled a full detail (both ext/int). She said she would get it done maybe that afternoon. I called back in the morning and Connie was with a customer and she called me back and left me a message it would be done around noon. Again because of our schedule I did not pick up till Friday morning at which time I dropped our Escalade off to get a sour/vinegar smell coming out of the vents looked at. They changed the cabin filter and my wife picked the vehicle up Friday afternoon and dropped off the loaner car. As far as the repairs go - I was disappointed in the detail of my truck - I had to reclean the windshield (smear marks) and rewipe down the rims on the truck. As far as the Escalade I shared the info I read about this smell can be caused by mold or mildew on the evaporator and the drain plug may be plugged up. The changing of the cabin filter did not correct the problem and we can still smell it. I wish they would have checked the drain and cleaned the evaporator core - still need it corrected. Overall not a good expierence both in the communication within the service department and the work performed. More

The service was good, but I expected the waiting room to be much nicer. I’ve been to Chevy dealers with much better facilities. Cole Valley’s waiting room is just some basic chairs, a TV, and mediocre coffe be much nicer. I’ve been to Chevy dealers with much better facilities.
