Terrible communication from service manager Ken to Owner Dave Cole. Took my vehicle in for an issue. Seven days, and $1500 later, they didn't fix the issue and only changed the oil, spark plugs, and brakes. More

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. When you brought your vehicle to us for engine hesitation and ABS concerns, our technicians conducted a thorough inspection. While no error codes were found for either issue and the ABS concern could not be duplicated on a test drive, we recommended new spark plugs and a fuel injection service based on the vehicle’s mileage, as well as necessary front and rear brake replacements. You authorized these repairs, and to minimize your inconvenience, we provided a loaner vehicle along with a discount on parts and labor for the extended wait. Because your satisfaction is our priority, we would be glad to re-inspect your vehicle if you are still noticing any issues. Please contact our service team directly so we can schedule a time to look into this for you.

that is actually false. We brought the van in because our stop/start service was unavailable. The warning light came on our dash and told us to get this serviced. That is what we brought the van in for initially. While the van was being inspected the other issues were identified, and I did give consent for those issues to be fixed, under the impression the ORIGINAL issue we brought the van in for would also be fixed. Never once was I told that you guys were unable to service the original issue we had brought the van in for until after we got the van back, seven days and $1500 later. After speaking with Ken, (who told me he would get back to me and did not) I called multiple times, and left messages and he never returned any of my calls, despite telling me he would get back to me. I then met with Dave, who told me I would receive a response the day after meeting with him, again no response. So while it is very convenient for you to claim that customer satisfaction is the top priority, I'm going to have to say that is also false given that I was ghosted by not one but TWO of your managers, one of whom is the owner.
