When I first bought my Mercedes-Benz Edward Hwang was the finance manager at the time. We all work very hard on making our dreams or bucket list of the things we want to have in our life and owning a Mercedes-Benz was at the top of my list. Success is measured in so many ways. Eddie made my first purchase possible to have that and it shows in his work, because now he is your General Manager, I truly believe your only as good and your success is measured because of an amazing team of staff that a General Manager puts together and that he truly believes in and it shows through out every department. Love my 2014 C250! I had been looking for several weeks for "just the right" car and was not finding anything that fit the bill. One afternoon I was passing by Mercedes I had been looking for several weeks for "just the right" car and was not finding anything that fit the bill. One afternoon I was passing by Mercedes Benz of Foothill Ranch and thought I would stop in to see what they had on the used car lot. I was looking for a CPO C250. Although they didn't have a car on the lot that was exactly what I was looking for, I did get a chance to meet one of the MB representatives. I had the pleasure of speaking with Conrad Cave. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to help me find the car I had been searching for. Over the next 24 hours we checked the inventory at several other MB dealerships. I saw a car that appeared to meet my needs but it was at a different dealership. I immediately called Conrad and he assured me that if it was the right vehicle, he could get it delivered to the MB dealership in Foothill Ranch. This was key for two reasons: 1) I wanted the dealership where I purchased my car to be local and 2) I wanted to work with Conrad because of his tenacity and strong desire to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for... all at a fair price. Within a few hours Conrad had the car personally driven to the Foothill Ranch dealership where it was washed, fueled up and ready for me to take possession! Now that's what I call attention to detail. Conrad also made sure that a few cosmetic items were addressed before the deal was done! I found this Dealer back in 2010 and got an excellent deal and services for leasing C -300 when it's kind of newly open for not too long , there are other MB Dealers really close to where I live like House of Import, Anaheim Hills...., but They could not compete with Foothill Ranch. Since then this Dealer has been continuing to improved so much every time I come for my need in regarding hospitality, level of profession, and most of all: very competitive pricing. So if you're looking for a Good Dealer for all your Mercedes purchasing / leasind, I truly recommend MB of Foothill Ranch. More

Great Service Had a great experience buying an ML from this dealership. Had told Mehran, the original salesman I was working with, what I was looking for. He show Had a great experience buying an ML from this dealership. Had told Mehran, the original salesman I was working with, what I was looking for. He showed me a great selection of options but it just wasn't what I wanted. He was totally good with that, and told me that he would contact me when he had what I was looking for. Fast forward a week and half later, and sure enough Mehran calls and let's me know he thinks he has what I am looking for. I have an appointment set up, and when I get there, Mehran is right in the middle of another deal. Here is where there customer service shows, instead of making me wait, he has another salesman, Conrad, show me the car and close the deal. Conrad was great, told him the parameters of the deal I wanted and he made it happen. End result, I got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. It you are looking for a dealership where customer service really matters, with people who are motivated to sell cars, this is the place. I have done business with Conrad multiple times before because he gets me results. He is relaxed and no-pressure, but very efficient, listens well, and is very customer focused. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Brian, the Finance Manager, was nice, efficient, answered all my questions, and got the final paperwork done with me without any wasted time. I got the deal I wanted, and everyone at Foothill worked hard to make that happen. I rate this a 5 Star experience without aggravation or stressful haggling.
