Everything about the dealership was friendly. Carlos Campos, our salesman, was extremely helpful. They did everything they could to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. They couldn't find exact one but did everything they could to bring the one we chose as close as possible to it. It's not the dealerships fault that the wait time to build and order from Ford is so long. The only real complaint is the time it takes to get all the paperwork done. More
