Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We hate that we were unable to take care of the tire for you. We do follow DOT guidelines and cannot repair a tire that does not fall into those guidelines. Sometimes you cannot tell just from looking at the tire on the vehicle and we have to take it off and inspect it which takes more time. DOT regulations and saftey is our priority.
