He was knowledgeable about the cars we drove and answered our question professionally. Adam Lader the financial manager was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I didn't feel that I was being subjected to a hard sell of any kind. My only complaint is that the building was freezing cold and we were shivering during the long waits to get the paperwork done. More
