Hello, my name is Corey Chaffin, and I am the General Manager here at Germain Nissan. I have a wife, Shannon and two boys, Parker and Sawyer. I have been with the Germain Family for 8 years. My family and I are avid sports fans and very active in the outdoors. The GM Corey Chaffin did the right thing by me and took care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. I do wish it hadn’t taken going all the way to the care of an important software update causing issues with my infotainment system, he gets 5 stars. I do wish it hadn’t taken going all the way to the GM to solve this dispute but when I got to him he was very professional and took the time to hear me. Their service manager Bradley Moss needs a lesson in customer service he would get 0 stars from me, he’s an example of someone who doesn’t hear his customers or offer resolutions. Also the New Car Sales Manager Deezy Jackson tried to help me but what I needed was above what he could approve. So shoutout to him for hearing me 5 stars for him too. More
