Hi Aaron, we’re sorry you feel that way about the brand. We do prioritize our clients with appointments first and we did inform you of that prior to you having your vehicle towed here. While here, everything functioned properly on your vehicle and there were no fault codes stored related to your concern, so there was nothing for us to do. We did inform you of a Software Over The Air update that was available for your vehicle and offered to do it at no charge but your tow truck service arrived to pick the vehicle up before we could start on it. We also emailed you instructions on how to update the software remotely, which is exactly what it is intended for. We suggest working with your advisor to schedule the service next time so we can complete the services required in a more timely fashion.

The work was done expeditiously; however, before leaving I noted that the passenger side AC now appeared not to be working. When I brought this to their attention and after some wrangling, attitudes changed, and I was told that I would need to bring the car back for a servicing appointment which they would schedule 2 months hence. During my wait, my companion and I observed that there were many workers present but no customers. Sales staff wondered around and played on cell phones; no one came in for auto servicing. A noticeably strange atmosphere for a car dealership. This was my 2nd time with this dealership, the 1st with questionable results, and now put off for 2 months before I can have my issue addressed. It's a beautiful looking dealership, but "all that glitters isn't gold!"

Hi Dallas, thank you for the feedback but we are a bit puzzled by the review. When you purchased your vehicle at a different dealership, they didn’t review the vehicle operations with you (or didn’t do it well) and failed to properly set up your Bluetooth. We had Arnie, a Sales Concierge, spend the time with you to review the vehicle and we resolved the infotainment system issues you were experiencing. This should have been done when you purchased your vehicle, but we were happy to help.
The wait time for the service you requested is due to the need for a loaner car. We have 40 cars in loaner service, many of which are tied up due to parts delays as we only use factory parts. We offered to work on the vehicle sooner if you could wait in the store or if you could use our shuttle service, but you declined.
Many people use cell phones for business, as the case here. To mention in your review that there were no customers in the store when you were here is again, a very puzzling statement and we’re frankly unsure of how to respond to that. Maybe the store you purchased your vehicle from would be able to provide you with the experience you’re looking for since we’re clearly not.

I beg to differ with you. There was never any mention of a loaner auto being offered to me, much less this being the reason for the extended time period to the service appt. I can only surmise this was false information provided to you. As for those in the store, employees and custom, this was merely an observation.
