Disappointed Drove 6 hours total to and from our home to purchase a used Cadillac and turn in a leased Buick. After purchase noticed a rock chip that they said was Drove 6 hours total to and from our home to purchase a used Cadillac and turn in a leased Buick. After purchase noticed a rock chip that they said was patched. No offer to replace the windshield or offer an additional discount off purchase price. Today I receive a notice from GM Financial Leasing that I owe an additional $529.65 to cover a disposition fee on the Buick. My next purchase will be closer to home. More

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle upon purchasing a 27000 dollar suv.... we found out we had power steering leaks which they tried 3 times to fix and still didn’t fix.... also vehicle upon purchasing a 27000 dollar suv.... we found out we had power steering leaks which they tried 3 times to fix and still didn’t fix.... also the alignment was off on it as well .... and to top it off the vehicle shook uncontrollably..... also when I brought it to the attention of the manager in charge I was literally told to F off cause they don’t sell junk there .... and I should be thanking them for letting me out of the deal even tho they sold me an absolute wreck of a vehicle that they couldn’t fix More
