Then it started a countdown to limp Warning message on my dash of my 2012 3500 Denali pickup flashed "DEF fluid system warning, see owner's manual". Then it started a countdown to limp mode. I called the dealership "West Metro Buick GMC" and spoke to Jamie Blesi. She advised to get the truck to the dealership asap before limp mode kicked in. After delivering the vehicle to the dealership, Jamie called me the next day with their findings, informed me that they had to have parts sent out from GM (at no charge due to warranty) and when they expected to have it completed. When the truck was completed, Jamie left a message informing me it was completed and of all work that was done. Knowing that I'm self employed, she even delivered the truck to my business and took payment over the phone. That's first class service all the way! My salesman Corey Nelson has worked with me with my last two trucks and has been first class as well. The owner Jeff Sell has personally been involved with the delivery of both trucks to ensure my satisfaction. What a first class operation! I couldn't be happier with the service and sales at West Metro and I regularly refer people to them when possible. More

Fantastic Experience In June I purchased a used GMC Yukon from Corey N. Initially we were a ways apart on the price of the Yukon after my trade-in. Corey and the sales man In June I purchased a used GMC Yukon from Corey N. Initially we were a ways apart on the price of the Yukon after my trade-in. Corey and the sales manager took my vehicle out for another test drive, and never tried to depreciate or find flaws in my vehicle, in order to give a lower trade-in value. Throughout the process, he was always friendly, even when it didn't look like we initially were going to be able to make a deal. But, through some fair negotiating and movement from both sides, I was able to purchase a great vehicle from Corey. The entire process was actually enjoyable. I felt that they diligently worked to try to make the deal happen, and spent as much time as needed to make it happen, on a very busy day at the dealership. I would recommend West Metro Buick to any of my friends or family. I felt they offered big dealership perks, without feeling like simply a number, but truly as a valued customer. More
