Corey Ragusa and Diego embody everything a customer wants thus making for repeat customers like myself. Corey is not just a guy I bought a truck off,he became my friend. This man on his time took me to the RMV and used his own credit card so I could get my registration for an important event that weekend!!! Who does that? Diego is a true asset to Kelly as well. When I informed him I had a minor issue with my truck he saw me immediately looked at the problem and said"no problem drop it off and we'll take care of it" he also said I'll get you a loaner car. What a relief to get those words after you pay cash in full for a used vehicle. He totally put me at ease. My family has bought 6 cars from this dealer and that's because of men like Corey and Dion. These 2 deserve recognition for going above and beyond in there perspective jobs. Infact all the employees need to take a page out of there pre and post sale customer care. More
