I was contacted by Corrie Wright after my internet inquiry and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with her on a deal I never would have imagined. After meeting Corrie and checking out the camaro, I realized that car would not be suitable for my needs, but, sitting right next to it was a just traded corvette that caught my full attention. I explained my concerns and frustrations and she was able to ease my mind and provide the experience I was looking for. She was sincere, kind and not pushy what-so-ever. Although the drive is an hour from my house, I knew I would ultimately be happy working with her directly. After I decided on the CX5 Touring, the process was absolutely painless; so quick and professional. She really took the time to explain all of the amazing features of the vehicle and even personally took the time to clean it to her high expectations (which I was grateful for). I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend CardinaleWay Mazda Mesa (Corrie in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Price & Options are great...Customer Service not so much I was referred to CardinaleWay through the USAA car buying service. I had an idea of what I was looking for and the salesperson Corrie Wright helped i I was referred to CardinaleWay through the USAA car buying service. I had an idea of what I was looking for and the salesperson Corrie Wright helped in assisting me in finding a vehicle. The sales manager gave me a fair deal and I thought it would be a quick process as I already had a loan approved with USAA had a price agreed upon and a down payment. My husband and I waited for over an hour for the finance guy to finally meet with us. I felt that was a long time considering I had all of the loan paperwork already processed through USAA. Then when they brought out my 2018 Mazda 3 Grand Touring Corrie let me know that the detailer went home sick and she was wiping it down with a spray and cloth. I understand that things happen however when I purchase a brand new fully loaded vehicle I expect to receive it in a clean and shiny condition. At that time Corrie's manager Manny came out and said to call him and he would set up a time to have the car fully detailed. I was happy with this compromise and took my car home. The next day I decided I would like to purchase wheel locks and have the car detailed. I called Manny at the dealership and left a voicemail. After not hearing back from him after 2 hours. I then called Corrie and she stated that the car was clean when I received it and that I could just pop in for a quick wash. I was not happy with this as it was not clean and a detailing is what I was promised. After not hearing back from Manny after 5 hours my Husband called back to the dealership and spoke to Manny he said he would set up a time and call my husband back. At the end of the day my husband has not heard back from Manny so he stopped by the dealership on his way home from work and was able to arrange for the detailing and wheel locks for me with the service manager. Manny did eventually email my Husband back. He never returned my voicemail and has only emailed me to ask for me to write a "good review" I have received no less than 5 emails from both he and Corrie asking for a review. I was told several times during the sales process that CardinaleWay's philosophy was that the sale really only began after the purchase of a vehicle. That they believed in customer service first. Based on my experience it seems CardinaleWay only cares about the customer during the sale. More
