We met Alan two years ago when looking for a vehicle at all the local dealerships and couldn’t find what we wanted, Alan took the time to show us veh We met Alan two years ago when looking for a vehicle at all the local dealerships and couldn’t find what we wanted, Alan took the time to show us vehicles that I never thought I would be driving and was amazed at what he showed us. We ended up buying it that day, and we are still enjoying the ride of our Hyundai Sonata highbred. So when my wife wanted to downsize from her Chevy suburban to something smaller, we went to see Alan to see what he had to offer since he is certified at all the Gateway stores. Alan asked us questions to find out what features we were looking for and at the end of our conversation he showed us the Nissan rogue and pointed out all of the reasons that this might be the vehicle we were interested in buying. We went on a test drive and fell in love with it and all the options. We decided if we could agree on a price that might be the vehicle for us. So Alan met with Cory Axvig to come up with a price and presented it to us. We felt it was a very fair price right out of the gate with all the factory rebates that were available also. We then asked about extended factory warranties, so Allan had Ryan Payson come over and explain all of the options and pricing. We also talked about the service department and what a great crew that Chris Heinz manages and how thorough he is. They are all great people and no high-pressure sales, so after thinking about it for a short time we ended up purchasing the Nissan rogue SV model and couldn’t be happier with the whole car buying experience. Thank you very much for the great experience. Look forward to seeing them all again in about a year when the lease on my vehicle is up so they can get me in another new vehicle. Keith & Deb More

Great Place to Make a Trade and Super Friends Tim Brandt is an excellent dealer representative for Gateway Hyundai in Fargo. He bent over backwards for us..and considering he is about my age, that Tim Brandt is an excellent dealer representative for Gateway Hyundai in Fargo. He bent over backwards for us..and considering he is about my age, that in itself is amazing! Seriously, Tim made the whole experience worry free, completely relaxing, and a whole lot of fun. His advice was spot on, his concern for making the process understandable and seamless was a huge factor for helping us make the correct choice for what we feel is the best vehicle for our needs. Would I recommend him?...in a heartbeat!! If I were his boss...I would give him a raise, or a bonus, or at least a cruise to Hawaii...he is that great a representative for Gateway Hyundai!
