Cory was fine to work with, and my actual visit on 4/28/26 was fine and I did receive good customer service, however to get to this point it was difficult. I sent an inquiry to Chevy/General Motors on 4/28/26 was fine and I did receive good customer service, however to get to this point it was difficult. I sent an inquiry to Chevy/General Motors on or about 3/17/26 because I wanted and in-depth look into why I had to replace the same oxygen sensor in a time frame of 5 years. The techs at Emich Chevrolet didn't have an explanation, but did try to guess. I did not and still do not accept an unknown reason as to why. The GM customer service rep did speak with Emich and got almost the same explanation I did. On 3/31/26, I was advised by the GM rep to call Emich to speak to the Customer Experience Manager. I did call possibly on 4/10/26, and through the automated system which needs improvement, I tried to leave a message but the call dropped. I then called back and through the automated system I selected the option to receive a text message where I could reply as to what I needed help with. I sent my response to the text message and received no response or call back. A week later I sent an email through the Contact Us on the Emich website and a week later I received no response. I finally looked up three managers on the Emich website and sent an email about my inquiry. It was then I finally received more meaningful feedback and had my car checked. I still do not have an answer about the oxygen sensor. I would like Chevy and GM to investigate their oxygen sensors as I have reason to believe they are flawed. This experience was not an easy one, and the ability to be able to have contact with Emich to get to where there was further inspection of my car was not a good experience. The automated text messaging with Emich is terrible. That needs monitoring and improvement. The automated system is not designed for customers who have specific complaints and or concerns. It is designed to cause us to get frustrated and give up. Customers spend hundreds of dollars to maintain their vehicles, and while I understand not all people are pleasant, there has to be a better way to address people's concerns. More

Cory was very nice, however when I called to ask about pricing to install my side boards on my truck, he quoted me $250 an hour. A bit steep but I made the appointment any way. It took less than an hour t pricing to install my side boards on my truck, he quoted me $250 an hour. A bit steep but I made the appointment any way. It took less than an hour to complete and I was excited that it was only going to cost $250. When I was told to total was $395 I was shocked. It was at this time Cory informed me there was a minimum of 1 and 1/2 hours that is charged even if the job takes less time. It would have been courteous if that was told up front and not good business in my opinion. I couldn’t help feeling suckered in. I have a cover that needs to be installed so I will be shopping around and asking about any minimum time charged to do the job. More
