My wife and I have come to the conclusion after exploring our options with other dealers, we will no doubt be coming back to Gunn Honda at the mentioned location, since we are extremely satisfied with the deal they have provided us as a second time customer. From the Sales person we worked with, who was very professional, helpful and nice, to the Manager on the floor who worked with us as best as possible, to help bring us to where we wanted to be, to the Finance person who was gave us all the information we need to know and choose from, this experience with Gunn Honda proved for us a very satisfying and overall worthwhile one. We will definitely be a 3rd time returning customer and want to say thank you very much in this review. Our family lives our HONDA PILOT. More

I personally believe this to be especially true for women. Even more so after such a devastating event city wide. When I first heard about Gunn, I thought the deals were great. Little did I know about their business philosophy and ethics. This has been the most transparent transaction I’ve ever had with a car dealership. At no point did I feel pressured or deceived. Every question I had (and I had many lol) received a straightforward and consistent response. At one point I contemplated buying in the city again, and reached out to Luis for info to compare. He was always quick to respond and kind, even when knowing I might seal the deal elsewhere. I’m sincerely so appreciative. And I’m proud to say I got the best deal at Gunn in San Antonio. More
