Speaking to him on the phone he promised that my experience at Gunn Honda would be unlike any other experience at any other dealership and that's exactly how it went. It was absolutely day and night. None of the haggling prices and pressure that you usually get at most dealerships. Also, since we spoke over the phone prior to going into the dealership, when I got there I didn't have to deal with all of the other salesmen trying to get a client. For all of my current and prior service members... he is retired Navy and as we all know, we all have a bond that cannot be compared regardless of the branch we served in. The communication is always that much better when you have someone that understands your background and can relate. Go see Michael Lents! Great Experience with Gunn Honda and Mike Lents! It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Lents at Gunn Honda! We traded in our 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL for a 2017 Honda Pilot EXL AWD. From the beginning, M It was a pleasure dealing with Mike Lents at Gunn Honda! We traded in our 2015 Honda Odyssey EXL for a 2017 Honda Pilot EXL AWD. From the beginning, Mike gave us his undivided attention and THOROUGHLY explained every aspect of the new vehicle. We left with our new vehicle within a couple of hours and felt as though we had a good understanding of all the gadgets and options on the new vehicle. I really appreciated that he cleared our phone books and Homelink codes out of the 2015 Honda Odyssey without us even asking him to do it (I'm a stickler for privacy and security). His attention to detail surpassed all others. He even set up my preset radio stations on the new vehicle and found a pair of sunglasses I had overlooked in my trade-in vehicle. Thanks a million, Mike! Gunn financing was able to get us a lower rate as well...thanks to Cory in the finance department! Last but not least, a BIG thank you to Cameron Daugherty who was more than fair with our trade-in price. He has taken care of us the longest of any one person at Gunn Honda. We have been Gunn customers for 10+ years and Cameron has always provided us great customer service in the service and financing departments and now most recently on the sales floor with our trade-in. In our opinion, they have a great team at this dealership! I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle to go to Gunn Honda and ask for Mike Lents. You won't be disappointed. More

5 Stars, what I expect from Gunn Honda after 17 years! I have been buying vehicles for over 55 years and until we met Mike Lents, I had a poor perception of sales in general. I don't intend to shop anywhere else except Gunn Honda as long as they keep Mike on board and continue with the "one simple price". Mike follows up and supports the deal no matter how long you keep a vehicle. Gunn seems to have a family atmosphere; e.g. Cameron Daugherty was the service team leader on our 2007 CRV, then he was the Finance guy on our 2015 CRV, and most recently he was the Trade-in Appraisal lead on our 2017 Ridgeline. He and Mike are a strong and versatile team. The few issues we've ever had were dealt with quickly and professionally by the whole Gunn Team and Mike Lents always took the lead and made sure the right people were involved. WHEN MIKE LENTS TELLS YOU HE'S GOT YOUR BACK, YOU CAN COUNT ON IT! More

Fast & easy . They walk you thru. I presently live north of Kerrville TX. I talked w/ Mike Lents in 2016 about wanting a 2017 Accord sedan in lunar silver & manual shift. Mike didn"t I presently live north of Kerrville TX. I talked w/ Mike Lents in 2016 about wanting a 2017 Accord sedan in lunar silver & manual shift. Mike didn"t have one & could not find one w/ a dealer he could swap w/. I found one w/ a dealer, but after talking w/ the sales person & then his high pressure manager, I walked out & told them that their sales pressure was why I had dealt w/ Gunn in the past. I bought my 1st Accord in Alabama in the early 80"s. I was living near Corpus Christi when I bought my 2nd Accord from Gunn. I bought my 3rd Accord at my present address. Mike put me in the que for the car I wanted w/ delivery in early production run & kept me updated on production & delivery. Car was delivered about Feb. 6th, & after prep, I met Mike on the 10th. It took only 5 hours after my arrival to drive out. It would have been faster except for putting on the window tint. Only talked w/ Mike & financial Cory O'Brien (a competent guy also). I'm a new owner and Chris Pool did an excellent job helping Chris guided me through my selection and buying process and I enjoyed the time I had with him.
