I really like the Gunn "no haggle" approach - I don't like going from dealer to dealer playing games. I liked it at Gunn Nissan and I liked it at Gunn Honda. Your customer service, administrative and maintenance departments are all more than I ever expected from a dealer. My trade-in vehicle had a slipping transmission and I was afraid it would have little or no value as a trade-in. I was pleasantly surprised that the trade-in offer seemed very fair in light of this problem. More
