I expressed to him I was unsure which engine option would be best for my needs, but I knew I wanted an XLT truck, so Cory brought me three identical trucks in the color I wanted, but they each had a different engine size. He let me test drive each one on my own to see what I thought of each. Cory is not high pressure but very attentive and helpful. He does not try to push you into anything and gave me his honest opinion on each of the three engine options. Overall an excellent transaction, I never felt pressured by Cory and he was very helpful and informative. The guy knows his Fords. I also worked with Brett Mathis in service for a minor issue with my truck. Brett was very courteous and accommodating. Excellent. More

And, trust me, I shopped around and negotiate to get every penny I can. Setup a time to look at a specific truck with Cory P. When I arrived, he did not introduce himself, just asked if I want to take a test drive. After returning from the test drive, had to track Cory down When I arrived, he did not introduce himself, just asked if I want to take a test drive. After returning from the test drive, had to track Cory down who appeared to be in the middle of something else. Asked if I needed help with anything? Not sure if he forgot me after 15 minutes, but handed him the key back. No other conversation and he started to walk away. I ended up walking away from a possible $35K purchase because there was no dialogue about the car. Did I like it/not like it... I went to Sunset Ford years prior and Jim W. was so helpful even though I did not buy from him at the time. Really wish I would have had Jim help me out this time, too. Just unclear why no further conversation was started by Cory. Won’t be going back to Sunset Ford anytime soon. More
