Disappointing to Acceptable Although, during our test drive we were disappointed in the overall performance of the 2020 Explorer, (having been 2015 & 2017 explorer owners in the Although, during our test drive we were disappointed in the overall performance of the 2020 Explorer, (having been 2015 & 2017 explorer owners in the past), Cory Pupillo was very helpful in assisting us find a great deal on an alternate vehicle a F150 truck. Our hopes are that in 2021 or 2022, they, the Ford Motor Co. come to their senses & restore the Explorer to the quality vehicle we have come to love. As this is the vehicle we really wanted & should not have to accept a 2nd choice. Cory has been our salesman on our last 3 vehicles and we would give him 10 out of 10 stars. More

I searched there web site and found several vehicles that I thought matched what I was looking for. Sent in a request and was contacted almost immediately by Jaime (internet sales) to set up an appointment with Cory. When we arrived Cory sat down with us and listened to what our list included. There inventory was much larger than the previous dealerships and they showed us 4 trucks that fulfilled what we were looking for.
