"First oil change"
Everyone was friendly we had about a 2-1/2 hour wait but car was washed and vacuumed. And got my license plates put on too.

We went in wanting a certain type of vehicle...2018 Ruby Red, black cloth interior, with a CD player, emphasis on CD player...so the sales manager got 2 vehicles in that didn't quite meet all our needs-CD player was not in either one that they dealer traded in.....so we decided to pick one off their lot, 2018 Ruby Red, black leather interior and of course the CD player-it took a little time to work with the sales manager to get the price that we would work with...I'm not going to lie, I was very disappointed when I heard from our saleslady saying that they got in 2 with no CD player-apparently Ford stopped making the later 2018 models with CD players...call me crazy, but I'm a 90s child that still wants her CD player in her vehicle!!! So thank you to all involved, I am very happy with my vehicle purchase!!
"Awesome used car buying experience"
I started my interaction with Access Ford with an On-line inquire. Cynthia Aparico was my contact.
After a few exchanges we made an appointment to test drive a vehicle.
I had a price in mind and it was an easy negotiation to get to that price. Luke Person treated us with great respect.
Israel Nanez handled the finance. Access also found us a rate better that my credit union, a first.
I am one who does not care for extended warranties and such. Israel explained them and did not pressure us, or hard sell. They did have some good offers. Most may want to take advantage of.
A bonus that no other dealer we shopped offered was a dealer warranty. Not just the remainder of factory, but one that ensures we will be happy with the vehicle after we drive it off the lot.
The only time i had a better buying experience, is when I knew the owner of a GM dealership.
Dealership has out done themselves. From purchasing to service department, incredible customer service.... I felt well taken care of and all of my concerns were addressed.

Dealership was very prompt in replying to my e-mail requesting information about a particular vehicle I was interested in even though it was on the Fourth of July. The purchase of the vehicle was completed a few days later.
