That is a decision that is determined by Hyundai Corporate, and the dealership has no bearing on what that decision. Even if that statement is true? It has nothing to do with the fact that you sold me a “certified used car” long after the paint recall was issued without disclosing that fact to me. You are just as culpable as Hyundai itself! I am out a minimum of $5K due to this “Manufacturers’ defect” that you knew or should have known about! This is the product you are selling!
