Very high pressure sales people I returned to Ocala today, I thought there might be a transmission problem. While they were checking it out I left the showroom to have a cigarette. Mr Mulligan followed today, I thought there might be a transmission problem. While they were checking it out I left the showroom to have a cigarette. Mr Mulligan followed me out the door yelling (loudly) saying I was yelling at him. He wasn't interested in what he had to say. We ended our conversation with obsenities. I was in my past was both a service manager and later a sales manager. ONE rule was never talk back or argue with my customers. Mr Mulligan doesn't get it. More
