I had a recent experience with service that needs some recognition. I dropped my vehicle off on Labor Day because what appeared to be a transmission issue. Called the next day and talked to Matt my servic recognition. I dropped my vehicle off on Labor Day because what appeared to be a transmission issue. Called the next day and talked to Matt my service advisor. He explained that he needed a couple days because I had no appointment as he was short staffed , but would get to it ASAP. Well the following day he had reached out and said the car was ready including the oil change I requested. Appreciate them addressing the issue and getting the car done. More
