I am on my sixth car with Ferman and hope there will be more to come. On this visit, I got a huge tear in my run flat tire and had to be towed in. The initial gentleman who checked me in told me that single oil changes weren’t possible. He told me only the multiple oil change plan was offered now. When I questioned this with the second advisor, single oil changes weren’t possible. He told me only the multiple oil change plan was offered now. When I questioned this with the second advisor, I was told that was not true. I was then able to change to a $99 change. Also, every time I have gotten an oil change, fluids were topped off. My windshield wiper fluid was almost empty. It was awful sitting for three hours for the oil to be changed and inspection. More

I needed a new battery, and Courtney scheduled me right away for replacement. I got a flat tire on the way to the dealership and they were able to get that replaced on the same visit. Courtney does an outstanding job of explaining what services are required and what can wait for later, and in explaining the costs involved. Always feel well taken care of at this dealership. More

I had a bad tire - screw in it. Had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was told it could take up to 1/2 hour for approval from the insurance company as I had Wheel and tire coverage. I did Had a 2:00 pm appointment. I was told it could take up to 1/2 hour for approval from the insurance company as I had Wheel and tire coverage. I did not leave there until 4:50 pm. Almost 3 hours to change a tire! Bad service! You have to do better! More
