We’ve been bringing both our cars here for years but the last two or three times the car wash has been broken or we didn’t get one. I brought my Telluride in for a scheduled oil change. I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. 2.5 hours later I showed up and asked what was going on. Turned out my paperwork was sitt I was told it would take about 90 minutes to complete. 2.5 hours later I showed up and asked what was going on. Turned out my paperwork was sitting on the desk of someone who left for the day and apparently didn't coordinate with anyone. Nor did the Service Manager insure that the missing service tech client list was redistributed. Of course, all I get from this incompetence was, "Oh, sorry about that". More
