We were told when we purchased our vehicle the salesman told us that the 1st oil change would be FREE OIL CHARGE, just bring our car back to Arapahoe KIa and they would hook us up. my wife made the appointment we drove 50 miles in a snowstorm to keep our appointment to only be told that that particular incentive was not valid. Needless to say, we paid for the oil change. at a much higher cost then if we went to a local Kia. To be honest we won't be going back to Arapahoe. More
