Again after doing business with a car dealership I am left feeling dirty. No wonder car dealerships have such bad reputations. Be very aware of this dealership giving lo ball offers for trade-ins as well left feeling dirty. No wonder car dealerships have such bad reputations. Be very aware of this dealership giving lo ball offers for trade-ins as well as not going over everything clearly during the financing process. I would suggest not dealing with TINA who is the Financing Manager. She speeds through everything and will add things into your contract that you failed to ask for or didn't fully explain, saying the items are included. She should be proud of her work ethic. It would also be nice for sales to offer their customers a bottle of water while they wait for everything to be ironed out. I like my car because it is a Kia and what I wanted but that had nothing to do with this location. More
