I usually prefer to write positive reviews but the last few times my vehicle has been serviced, my appointments have taken much longer than expected. Last week I had an appointment at 8 am for a tire rot few times my vehicle has been serviced, my appointments have taken much longer than expected. Last week I had an appointment at 8 am for a tire rotation. An hour and 15 minutes later, I was told I was in need of a tire repair. I advised them I had another appointment at 10am that I needed to attend but was assured they would get me out in time. They didn’t get my repair done in time, so the kind service person put me in a conference room so I could attend my 10 am meeting virtually. While in the conference room, another employee opened the door and very rudely questioned why I was in there. At 10:30 I received a note that my car was complete. This was not a good experience for me and the timeframe to complete the service was unacceptable, in my opinion. More
