My family has bought every car since from Bob, and we drive from Kalamazoo for servicing the cars. The staff is friendly and knows us and our cars. The service department is quick and efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and inviting, with refreshments and WiFi. All of these factors make the total experience enjoyable. Thank you for years of great service! More

What a great team! I loved my 2012 Prius Plug-In that Sunshine had brought to Michigan from New York. At my last service appointment Courtney told me about a 2018 Plug- I loved my 2012 Prius Plug-In that Sunshine had brought to Michigan from New York. At my last service appointment Courtney told me about a 2018 Plug-In that was in stock. She knew I would want to take a look at the new model. It had already sold before I could even see it. Courtney kept an eye out for other Plug-Ins coming through and called me when there was another Plug-In and she thought I would love it. She and I are both purple people, but we like some of the other bright colors and the Blue Magnetism on this car was very striking. I came to Sunshine directly from work and met Justin and looked over my new car. I knew immediately that this would be my new car. Justin and Aimee made everything with the purchase smooth and easy. The trade-in amount for my 2012 model was calculated while we discussed the purchase. Courtney and David both popped over from service to check if I was satisfied with the new model and color. I love my new car. The team at Sunshine was wonderful to work with. I have been a loyal customer with Sunshine since 2007 when I bought my first Prius. I have never had a complaint with anything. They take care of me, and my cars, and make sure I am satisfied. More
