Servicing of my 2018 Frontier SV 4x4 CrewCab Truck Matt and Amanda were outstanding Service Reps, the actual mechanic was very thorough and proffessional. Scott the Service Manager has always been hel Matt and Amanda were outstanding Service Reps, the actual mechanic was very thorough and proffessional. Scott the Service Manager has always been helpful and willing to listen to any problems I had. All the people in the Service Dept were friendly and courteous, they have always made the visit for my Frontier's services a real pleasure. The entire group of service people have always gone out of their way to make sure that my truck was serviced fast and correctly. This is the main reason that I drive over 30 miles to use that Dealers service dept. when I could use a much closer Nissan dealer. More

Front Brakes Had front brake pads replaced, rotors turned. Brake fluid replaced. Had to return to the service center shortly after leaving. Front brakes wer Had front brake pads replaced, rotors turned. Brake fluid replaced. Had to return to the service center shortly after leaving. Front brakes were roaring, technician had to turn rotors again, said to machine was not working properly. Technician had to repair machine and re-turn rotors. My concern is since rotors had to be turned twice, next time I need brakes. I’ll probably have to buy new rotors. Where if the rotors were only turned once, if machine was working probably. I would have at least one more turn on the rotors, before the rotors are to thin to turn again. More

TERRIBLE It took me 3 trips to get a window replaced. I called on September 13 and spok with Courtney who ordered my window and was cery profesaional. Had an appt the following day on Saturday September 14 with Amanda. Then was told by Amanda they wouldn’t be able to get me and and to come back on Momday and she would give me a loaner vehicle and put the window under my manufacturers warranty. That was a LIE. Then was told by the service manager Scott Fuller that I would have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by my insurance because they did not have a collision center. Scott quoted me $580.50. I left and went back the next day at 9 a.m. and they repaired the window quickly, however the bill was ove $600.00. When I told them what I was quoted by Scott Fuller they corrected the bill like I had a coupon. Nothing was handled professionally and I will NOT go back to that dealer. More
