They will lie to you to close a deal Wednesday may 10 2017 I bought a GMC Sierra from chris holt at the pre owned lot. When we were closing the deal I was trying to figure out who I was Wednesday may 10 2017 I bought a GMC Sierra from chris holt at the pre owned lot. When we were closing the deal I was trying to figure out who I was gonna use for my insurance so I told Chris holt I was gonna shop around for a quote . So chris holt hands me a card for the insurance company that he was promoting and says just use them for tonight and tomorrow find the insurance you like and they will refund your money . Then he has me sign a paper saying that the insurance company that he promoted to me does not refund money. So after the lady at the insurance company tells me this I call Chris holt and ask him why he lied to me and for the 244 dollars that his lie costed me. He tells me sorry but that's not his responsibility then he hangs up on me. So I figure there's no way Chris holt is that unprofessional so I called him right back and he didn't answer. So I call his manager to complain around 11:am and I didn't hear back from him til after 7:pm than to add insult to injury he offers me $40 or a tank of gas and starts rambling on about how they don't sell insurance and that he wasn't the one who sold me the truck .just a huge waist of time . I will never do business with them again . Also there is a huge nail in the tire and and the truck makes a terrible noise when I put it in reverse and when it down shifts and I'm scared to take it back to them to Fix because from my experience they are incompetent liars. Also Chris holt was not on the employee registry down below and they make you pick someone to submit a revue so sorry Craig Armstrong I never dealt with him and I never will. More

First of all, I would like to say that this was the 1st vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased, together. We had a 2004 Saturn Ion that needed replaced and we starting looking at vehicles. To our s vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased, together. We had a 2004 Saturn Ion that needed replaced and we starting looking at vehicles. To our surprse we had the privilege and honor to be blessed with such a caring, compassionate, professionally assertive, and all-around great person, Melissa Bozeman. She kept in close contact from day 1 and would communicate on a routine basis with my wife. We had our decision narrowed down to 2 vehicles, which were neck and neck per Consumer Reports/KBB reviews and consumer ratings - a 2013 KIA Sorento AND 2012 GMC Terrain. Based on this review, you can clearly see that we decided on the 2012 GMC Terrain. I would say that we are ecstatic with our purchase and thanks to Mike (and his shopping abilities) we got the best rate possible, at an amount that we agreed to pay, with an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. Bottom line is we made it tough on the team (and probably made Melissa frustrated to no end), but she stuck alongside us and nurtured us in to making the 2nd biggest decision my wife and I have ever made as a married couple. We look forward to being a part of the Tom Bannen family and anticipate it being reciprocated on their end as well. We are confident with the choice we made, and trust me, it was a labor -intesive, exhausting (long nights away from home)-as we were looking at other dealerships and making comparisons, but Melissa stayed after us and pursued us a customer and that is the way it should be folks. I would higly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Tom Bannen (specifically from Melissa Bozeman), b/c you will be joining a family, purchasing a product/service (and not just a "something", if you will), Plus reaping the benefits of your new vehicle. I want to personally thank Melissa, Craig, and Mike Cancel for making this process (once we decided to purchase and proceed with the closure of the deal) for making our "American Dream" come true. We have been so blessed and fortunate and hopefully we will have an opportunity to pay it forward someday. More

Experience at Tom Bannen was perfect. We came to the dealership to look at lease options on Acadias. That is where we met Jason Hinkle. We expressed to Jason our desire to lease an Acadia. Most salesmen would have blown us off the instant they heard "lease," but not Jason. He was very friendly and inviting and even though he did not know everything about leasing, he made it a point to find out everything we needed to know. We returned a week or so later, and were able to get our lease on an Acadia. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a car. From my conversations with Mike Gunn about our alma mater, to the no "gray area" numbers that Craig Armstrong provided, the staff went above and beyond to not only accomodate my wife and I, but our one year old son that had to come with us during the purchase. Tom Bannen makes you feel like you are a part of their family, and I will go back there just for that reason alone. More
