But my experience with Taylor Chrysler has been very different from my encounters with other dealers. This is the fourth van we have purchased from Taylor, and this has been the best experience yet. The staff was friendly, there was little pressure, they listened to us when we described what we wanted, and did their best to meet our needs. I will return for my next vehicle purchase, and I will recommend them to anyone who asked my about our new (to us) van. More

Car buying is never fun, but I never felt pressured or uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Craig and Mike were very friendly and helpful! Everyone worked as a team, there was no competition. I felt comfortable and trusted that I was going to be treated fairly. They exceeded my expectations! The one thing that melted my heart, was there was another couple who had a small child, it was definitely getting late. Mike offered to order the family some pizza, as the salesman could see the child was getting restless. I am very impressed with this dealership and will be going back for sure! More

Craig showed us a few cars and was very thorough in his explanations of each one. I was told and shown everything I was paying for, even got to see the car fax! Nothing was hidden from me. Scott the Sales Floor leader was RUDE! First of all this Craig LIED to me!...He assured me the vehicle I inquired about was IN STOCK. When came in THE VEHICLE WAS NOT THERE!. I left him 3 messages. The girl on the phone told me the owner LIVED IN FLORIDA. ****I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! More
