I told the receptionist who I was and paged David Taylor. I was welcomed by the owner of this dealership and he then directed me to Craig Courtney who assisted me in buying my first car. Craig showed us a few cars and was very thorough in his explanations of each one. I was told and shown everything I was paying for, even got to see the car fax! Nothing was hidden from me. I would recommend this dealer and plan on servicing and purchasing more here! More

He was very arrogant AND condescending. He didn't come out and say it, BUT, He gave a look as if HE MAKES LOADS OF MONEY and DOESN'T NEED MY BUSINESS. JIM, the manager, wouldn't pick up the phone. I left him 3 messages. The girl on the phone told me the owner LIVED IN FLORIDA. ****I had a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! More

He was so personable and made me feel very comfortable. He let me drive every jeep I was interested in. I didn't buy a car that day but while on the drive in one of the jeeps Craig expressed his interest in the dodge dart. I used to have a dodge neon and I loved it so after we were done test driving the jeep I left and Craig assured me he would help me find something I loved that was in my budget. I came back to the dealership about a month later to test drive a dodge dart because his great review of the car stuck with me. The second I drove the car off the lot I fell in love. It was such a smooth ride. Craig along with Jamie helped me stay in my budget and drive home in my brand new dodge dart that same night. I am very happy with how well I was treated and not once did I ever feel I was being taken advantage of like how i felt in my previous car buying experience. They went above and beyond and for that I am very greatful and I will continue recommending Craig and his Taylor Dodge family. More
