Previous experience had taught us to expect salesmen who talked fast, faked their smile, and left you thinking you'd been taken to the cleaners. But the folks at Taylor couldn't have been more different. It took us a few visits to find the perfect car and everyone we met along the way was helpful, courteous, and friendly. They went above and beyond to help put us behind the wheel of the car that best fit our needs, offering their personal cell numbers and keeping in touch through email and Facebook. Salesman Craig Courtney even went out of his way to see that our Jeep had a towing hitch installed just in time to take a long road trip the day we picked it up! How's that for service?! I know it's going to sound 'hokey', but we came away with far more than just a new Jeep at Taylor, we came away with new friends. More

When dealing with him you feel as though he really cares for the long run, and is not just in it for the paycheck. He made the car buying experience relaxing and fun. I would definitely recommend him to others. We had a couple of things we needed fixed on the vehicle we purchased and he and Bryan the sales manager made sure they would be taken care of. Jim Crosswell is a straight shooter and did everything he could to make the deal and keep us within our budget. Which was not easy since we were carrying over debt from our trade. I would recommend Taylor Chrysler to everyone many times over. More

Great dealership to do business with! I came in looking at a particular used vehicle that was in the price range I wanted to be in. There was another similar used vehice that was newer and I came in looking at a particular used vehicle that was in the price range I wanted to be in. There was another similar used vehice that was newer and less miles but more than I wanted to spend, but Craig Courtney worked very hard at finding a way to get me in the newer better vehicle at a price I could still manage. The vehicle is excellent and the service is second to none! Everyone there was great to deal with and the kids area was great fr giving my young ones something to do for the duration of my visit. Highly recommend!! More
