Upon arriving on the lot, David approached me with a smile and kind demeanor. I felt comfortable that he would have my best interest at heart. I had been to another dealer a day before where I was not smile and kind demeanor. I felt comfortable that he would have my best interest at heart. Craig was more than patient, and helpful with the financing process, he even gave helpful information regarding financial strategies. David took his time helping me decide what was best for me, and choosing the vehicle I was proud to drive away in. It's been the worst car buying experience in the 11 cars I've bought from Taylor Dodge, and will most likely be my last. First the resistall that they force you to buy is a joke. I've used spray waxes that I've bought from Taylor Dodge, and will most likely be my last. First the resistall that they force you to buy is a joke. I've used spray waxes that have lasted longer then their so called ceramic coating. Secondly the vehicle I bought was upfitted with a lift and bigger tires. The speedometer was not recalabrated amd the front axle was not centered under the vehicle at the time of delivery. Those two issues have been resolved though. There are two items that were supposed to be on/with my delivery, but were not. I was charged for them but yet to receive them. My sales person and a sales manager were made aware of this, and still nothing has been done to rectify the issue. I feel as if my time, money, and loyalty to this dealership is not valued. My household is done supporting Tayor Dodge!!!!! More

Also, the Finance Manager, Craig Courtney was equally cordial and patient with us. We always appreciate the GM/Owner, Jim Crosswell’s thoughtfulness during the purchasing process. Buying a vehicle can be stressful but the folks at Taylor relieve the stress by their “no pressure” sales approach. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This was our 12th vehicle we have purchased at Taylor. We are so thankful for their professionalism throughout the process. More
