It's been the worst car buying experience in the 11 cars I've bought from Taylor Dodge, and will most likely be my last. First the resistall that they force you to buy is a joke. I've used spray waxes that I've bought from Taylor Dodge, and will most likely be my last. First the resistall that they force you to buy is a joke. I've used spray waxes that have lasted longer then their so called ceramic coating. Secondly the vehicle I bought was upfitted with a lift and bigger tires. The speedometer was not recalabrated amd the front axle was not centered under the vehicle at the time of delivery. Those two issues have been resolved though. There are two items that were supposed to be on/with my delivery, but were not. I was charged for them but yet to receive them. My sales person and a sales manager were made aware of this, and still nothing has been done to rectify the issue. I feel as if my time, money, and loyalty to this dealership is not valued. My household is done supporting Tayor Dodge!!!!! More

Buying a vehicle can be stressful but the folks at Taylor relieve the stress by their “no pressure” sales approach. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Brandon took all the fear of buying a used car that I saw on their website so easy. Never once did I feel uncomfortable. He talked me through every step of the process.
