Craig introduced us to Randy Ayers who is truly an amazing salesman. Randy went over all the amazing features of the jeep and the time he spent with us answering questions made us feel comfortable about our final decision of buying a new car. If anyone was to go to this dealership I recommend that you go directly to Randy as he will take care of you! The finance director Kevin Emling was absolutely amazing as well and took the time to explain service options which is a nice benefit! They all work very well together. I felt as though they were not just selling a car to us but explained to us why buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee is more beneficial especially since we plan on taking trips across country now that my husband is retired. No Hassle, Down To Earth Salesman! When I went into the dealership, I made it very clear that I wasn't going to buy a car that night. I wanted to see if they had what I wanted and what When I went into the dealership, I made it very clear that I wasn't going to buy a car that night. I let them know that even if they offered the 'best deal' around, I still wasn't going to buy/commit to anything that night. Joe and Craig told me they could get exactly what I wanted and presented a price to me. I told them I needed to think about it, shop around and that I would be in touch with them. Then I left. The most impressive thing about Joe and Craig was that they actually let me leave without chasing me out trying to 'make a deal'!! Other dealership pulled the sales manager and this guy and that guy to tell me they had the best deal and if I didn't take it tonight there'd be no guarantee that it would be there tomorrow. I obviously went back to Joe and he and Craig found the best deal for me!! I highly recommend Taylor Chrysler Jeep Dodge and especially, Joe Clark. More

The van needed a new head light with the replaced on the house which was great.after alot of back and forth and letting the van sit at the dealership they did finally getc it fixed. When i went to pick up (after it sat there for 2 day) the van i did notice squeeling from the engine they took a look and told me the serpentine belt and idler pully was out. They were going to charge $377 to fix it and after talking to them the offered a 25% diacount. Not worth it, I was already over all the problems with the waiting for the head light so I took my business else where. I kinda feel like they got me on that especially since the whole day I had it i never heard a squeel until I picked it up after sat there for 2 days. I will say Aaron and Lee did help me out alot and we're very nice! Keep up the good work guy! More

I had a price I was comfortable with, and they all treated the entire transaction with respect and friendliness. I actually had driven my husband's car in for service, so after buying my new car, I was stuck at the dealer with two cars and no way to get them both home and get my trade in back to the dealer. Luckily, driver Mike was willing to help me get both cars home and take my trade in back to the dealer! Awesome experience all around! More
