Shawn Platz was a really helpful salesman and made sure I found exactly what I wanted and made sure to check up on me and the car. The dealership took advantage of my eagerness. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. I bought a used Wrangler off of their lot. I was told it was a clean retail purchase. In less than 7 days I I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler. I bought a used Wrangler off of their lot. I was told it was a clean retail purchase. In less than 7 days I needed to replace the brake pads and fix a leaking rear tire. I couldn't do either of those until I purchased a new key to unlock the tires. Due to being in a bankruptcy I needed clearance from my trustee to purchase the vehicle. The dealership told me that they went ahead and got that clearance because my attorney was taking too long. Shame on me for taking legal advice from a car dealer, but the approval to purchase was never given. After purchasing the Jeep I shopped around to see if I could get a lower interest rate on the loan. I was told by the banks that I had paid $6,000 more than the vehicle was worth and they couldn't finance the amount of the loan. More

The service department on the other hand, needs a bit of work. I had a car that was inoperable and had to pull teeth and get the managers Craig, and service manager Sharon involved to get me taken care of. I wasn't looking to purchase a new car, however Sergio Garcia II did an excellent job for me. I'm now enjoying a brand new 2016 Dodge Charger. Thanks Sergio, Craig, and Sharon for keeping me as a customer and getting me taken care of. However, My husband and I had an amazing experience with Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep. We went into this not knowing exactly what we wanted in a Jeep. However, we quickly met Aaron Hendershot. He walked around with us until we found what we wanted, but not the color we wanted. Aaron showed great patience with us as we had a lot of questions for him. The dealership had to search for the exact color we wanted, and they did just that until they found the perfect one. We were also working with Bryan Davis and they both went above and beyond to get the deal done. While we were waiting for the jeep to be delivered to Taylor, Aaron and Bryan answered every question we had. They helped us figure out the best tires and rims, as well as a soft top. I really can't say enough good things about Aaron. He, specifically, was a really great guy. He laughed with us and was very easy-going. He never pressured us to buy from him. Ed, in finance, was great as well. Craig helped us with a decision we needed to make while Aaron and Bryan were out. He, too, went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend these two guys! We will be back to this dealership when we are in need of another vehicle. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! More
